Imperial added 4,360 square feet and renovated 1,816 square feet of an active emergency wing without disrupting services. We accomplished this through phased construction and a strict project schedule. Imperial took a proactive stand to be sure that subcontractors were equipped with enough personnel and the right materials to get the job done.

Imperial constructed a new single story, 7,200 square foot addition to the East wing of the existing hospital, including an addition of ten new ICU patient beds. The challenge was a 32-day late start due to city permit issues, but Imperial took charge of the projects and still
completed it on time.

Imperial performed a complete interior renovation of the existing labor and delivery area. We organized the work in phases so that construction could be carried on without disrupting the hospital’s operations.

Imperial did a complete renovation of the existing JPS Hospital kitchen, consisting of 16,705 square feet of interior and exterior renovations. Imperial performed the renovation in phases so that various segments of the facility could continue to operate.
