The Texas Facilities Commission needed a new 30,000 square foot district office building. As the TFC is an administrative branch for the Department of Public Safety, it was important for Imperial to mediate communication between both clients. Imperial was chosen for our past performance and skills in collaborating with multiple entities to create win-win results. The finished product included an indoor firing range, a floating acoustical cloud ceiling, and ornate concrete finishes on both floors and walls throughout the building.
