When the design for this project ended up being significantly over the budget, Imperial worked with the owner and architect to create value engineering solutions that would see the project completed within budget without sacrificing quality or scope. The 54,000 square foot area provides a lobby with an elevator, a gathering area with a refreshment/coffee service, and a corridor that connects to the children’s wing.
