City of Fort Worth
Hazel Harvey Peace Center for Neighborhoods
Fort Worth, TX
Imperial constructed a new two-story, 36,600 square foot building to house the City of Fort Worth’s Code Compliance Department and Community Relations Department. The challenges associated with this project were multi-faceted: it had to be built according to LEED standards, it was in a high crime area, and it went through a total design change mid-project. Imperial used LEED accredited personnel to oversee the construction, hired full-time security on-site and proactively incorporated design changes by working with the owner before drawings were completed.
