As CMAR, Imperial is collaborating with Cleburne ISD and a specialized design team to renovate and expand A.D. Wheat Middle School, enhancing its current 140,000 square feet space with an additional 40,000 square feet of facilities, including a tornado shelter to foster a nurturing learning environment for 7th and 8th-grade students.. Addressing existing site issues like inadequate parking and poor traffic circulation, the renovation will provide a secured main entry, additional locker rooms, a new stage, upgraded sports fields, improved visitor parking, and a new bus loop. Being on an occupied campus, this project involved phased construction within an occupied campus, necessitating meticulous planning and coordination with various ongoing activities to ensure safety and minimize disruptions.
